Parental Control cannot block Apps

Model: Deco X10

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.6

Just bought the X10 today and set up the parental controls blocking media and games.

However, it did not block any app! YouTube, Roblox, Facebook Apps are all working on the device.

I tried both IOS and Android Deco app and they make no diff.

Please tell me how to block YouTube and Roblox App.

Hi, here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. please turn off IPV6 under the Deco APP>More>Internet Connection>IPV6.

2. Please refer to this link to add the domain names for Youtube and Facebook to see whether it helps block these two APPs:
