wifi not connecting
Hi, may I know the model number of your range extender?
Do you mean that you can't detect the default wireless network of the extender?
If yes, please put your phone next to the Extender, and press the RESET button (hole) with a pin for 1 second (the light on the extender would flash) to reset the range extender back to factory default.
