Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

can someone help me? I just bought tapo c210 and installed it today, everything is normal before, but since i plugged in memory card, my c210 not recording sound, but only sound that like heart beats sound. 

 

I've tried to reset the camera, and also unplug the sdcard, but the beats sound is still there.

Did you turn on the Record Sound? It's on device's setting -> Storage&Display page. 

 

How about the live stream? Can you hear any sound?

  @Wayne-TP yes i have turn on the sound record.. Live stream also the same,, only beats sound (dub dub dub dub)

  @Wayne-TP of course sir,, here is a drive link that contain 2 video, 1 downloaded video and 1 screen record from my tapo apps,,

I would recommend changing a new one, it doesn't sound normal. Contact retailer or the local TP-Link support.
