I used Parental controls to control my kids for internet access for couple years and it worked very well. 

Just last Sunday April 21, I observed that my kids can play internet more than usual time and even I blocked the profile but they still can access intetnet. It can block if we directly block the client under Online Clients menu. After recheck the online time for each profile in Parential Controls menu, all of them show 0m.

 

Under each profile can see the history of online time and top visited web/apps till April 20, zero record from 21st afterward.

 

All Deco units firmware are updated (1.6.3), as well as Deco app (3.7.26), IPv6 is disable.

Hi, could you please refer to this link to submit the APP log first:

 

Then can you reproduce this issue on different devices/parental control profiles?

-kids can play internet more than usual time/time limits

-kids in the profile can play internet even when the profile has been blocked

 

Please also turn off "Private Address" on the kids' devices or check whether the MAC addresses under the controlled profile have changed to something else.

 

After, it is also suggested to power restart the whole mesh system to see whether it helped.
