I cannot pair my T315 (EU) sensor to my H100 (UK) Smart Hub.

Tried resetting several times, both the sensor (pressing on side button for more than 5 seconds, to pair) and the smart hub (once, to synch).

I understand that it is not possible to pair a US hub/sensor with an EU hub/sensor, but mine should be okay, as EU and UK hub/sensors should be compatible.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no compatibility issue between the EU and UK versions.

 

Did you see the connection icon blinking on the T315? How about the LED status on the H100?

Please check whether the H100 firmware and your Tapo App is updated.
