Dock button on Tapo RV30C flashing green
My Tapo RV30C stopped working. The "dock" button pulses green regardless of if it's on the dock or not. It shows up as offline on my app. I've tried to reset it nothing happens and the light keeps flashing. I've left it off the charger till it went flat, but as soon as it's back on the charger the light starts flashing again. Switching the power button off and on again hasn't helped.

Has the device's firmware been updated recently? Was the firmware updating procedure ever interrupted? For example, what if there is a sudden power outage, a network interruption, or the Tapo app is forced to close?

I recommend contacting the local support team for additional assistance, such as maintenance or warranty, since the device does not respond to reset.

@Wayne-TP I have the same issue which happened on Monday, a green flashing light on the Tapo RV30.
The reset process won't work. No interruptions occurred during any software update.
Turning the unit off and on from the side button doesn't do anything as when turning the unit back on the green light keeps pulsing.
The normal reset process won't work
As far as I can tell the vacuum is now useless.

Can you share your device's Mac address with me via private message? Which country are you located?

I don't think I've received an update to the firmware since I bought it. The vacuum did stop working while we were away for a few days so there may have been a power outage? But if that's caused the issue the vacuum would've had to be auto updating.
