Ich habe das Passwort vergessen, habe aber den Router vor mir. Der ist mit meinen PC verbunden aber es verbindet sich nicht mit der App.

Hi, May I know the model number of your range extender?
Do you refer to the wireless password? Usually, the extender uses the same password as the host router.

Then the model number should be RE550 if I'm right.
Did the 2.4GHz and 5GHz light up on the RE550?
Have you tried to use the wireless password of the Host router to connect the RE550?
When you mentioned it didn't connect to the Tether APP, do you mean Tether couldn't find RE550 or something else? Any screenshot you could share with us?

@David-TP So it is the Model number you have mentioned. The 5GHz and the 2.4GHz did not lightened up and I forgot the password of the Router. The Tether App found my router but I am not connected to it with the Wi-Fi.

@David-TP I do know the Passwort again, but when I try to connect with the router, it says that it's not possbible
