Adding new DECO doesnt work
I am using the Deco m5 already for 3 years and it worked perfectly. We are using Caiway as provider and since last week there were network issues. So i reset the mesh network. I can add one main deco to the network. When trying to add a second and third everytime the app is showing deco cannot be Find. I do also not have the option to find deco via bluetooth in the app.
Could you please help me??

May I know your current Deco APP version?
Are you able to detect the default SSID of Deco when adding the satellite Deco M5?
If yes, please refer to the following suggestions to see whether they help:
1. Please disable Mobile data and VPN connection on the smartphone first.
2. Disconnect the bluetooth devices, like bluetooth earbuds.
3. Manually connect to the default SSID of satellite Deco M5 when APP reports " Deco cannot be Found" and click "Try again".
