I have 3 deco m4 installed, almost all devices connected properly to the network, but 1 TV and all sonos devices can not connect to it. Any idea why?
Hi, May I know the current firmware version of the Deco M4?
Would there be any error message when the TV and Sonos devices failed to connect to Deco M4?
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Disable "Beamforimg" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.
2. Please enable an IOT network with 2.4GHz only and a simple password without any special characters.

I tried the first suggestion but it didn't work, about the second option: if I only use 2.4 (instead of 2.4&5) wouldn't it slow down all devices connected?
