Deco M4 no longer connecting and unable to add to Deco network
Hi, I've had three Deco M4's running fine since 2020. Last week one of the M4 units was no longer connecting, the unit is about 50ft away. I moved it closer to the main deco to see if it would connected, powered it on and off and it would not connect at all. Tried connecting it directly in my router with RJ45 cable expecting the BT router port to detect it and identify it's MAC address etc, and nothing was showing up on the router port. Could see the main Deco still connected to the other router port fine. Tried resetting the M4 unit that was not connecting. It now goes flashing blue but the app is not finding it. I'm now coming to the conclusion that the Network interface including the wifi connectivity is faulty on the unit. Has anyone experienced this before, or do you agree that it's faulty? Many Thanks
