Since you have already tried to connect a few different network devices using different cables, but it always shows "Disconnected", then there must be something wrong with the LAN1 port.
You could crosscheck it by plugging any network device that doesn't work in port LAN1 into the "10Gbps Ethernet" WAN port instead. If the device shows as connected when plugged into the "10Gbps Ethernet" WAN port, but shows as disconnected in the LAN1 port, then you have proof.
If you got the router directly from StarHub Singapore, then perhaps you should contact them and ask how to proceed.

Hi,
What are you trying to connect to LAN1? What is the device's maximum supported speed?
If it's a device that supports 10Gbps, then yes, you should use a cable that supports 10G, normally Cat 6a, but Cat 6 should also work if the cable is shorter than 37 meters.

I tried connecting different LAN cables to the mentioned port, there is no signal.
That is why I asked if the port require any special cable for it to transmit signal.

Yes, I am on the very wifi network on the mentioned router. Other LAN ports are working except for this port.
Even took a close up shot to check the pins..
