New firmware not working x50
Hi,
firmware 1.5.1 for deco x50 v1 is not working. After installing I cannot connect to internet via laptop. It is getting a dhcp adress, but not going to internet. The main deco is reachable via the app. What can I do?
The firmware is not even available yet on the website?

My TP-link Deco X50 has the firmware version 1.4.1 build 20231122 Rel. 40485 and has experienced issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity problems and regular internet disconnections after updating to that said firmware version.
The app wont update it to 1.5.1 so i manually updated it and after manually updating it (i am connected via PPOE), it no longer works.
So i reconfigure it connected it via Dynamic and praise God it worked for me.
thankfuI for this poat, coz atleast now i know that its a firm ware issie. I should have researched further for issues on current firmware. But praise God coz, except for the PPOE issue, i am able to connect currently without issues tho only via dynamic.

I still don't have a solution :/
I tried to download grade with any luck. While checking the right firmware and reading the release notes it states that the upgrade is irreversible and that I can't downgrade to a previous version.

When are you going to release a new firmware, when is it planned?

I ran updates (from TP-Link) about 7~10 days ago.
Tons of issues, in a nutshell, devices work... and then don't.
Constant phone calls and no resolution, waiting to here from TP-Link on this one!!

I just tried the suggested firmware update and it doesn't work, after loading the first page stop working!!
How long this will take!!! it's been over a month now, really untrustfull service!!!

@David-TP is this already fixed?
I just upgraded the firmware of Deco X50 (2 connected via Ethernet cable) and it's not accessing internet.
what should I do? Switch to AP mode? Downgrade?
Is there any way to downgrade via mobile or via app? I don't have access to computer with Ethernet.
do you have another firmware with the fix?

Also having issues with firmware 1.5.1 on X50
DHCP starts failing after a couple of hours - temporary solution so far is auto-restarting X50 on a daily basis, clearly not a good solution
Is there any estimates of a firmware update addressing those issues?
