Model: Deco X10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20240111

Hi all,

I got a set of Deco X10 into existing netowork with some desktop computers, printers and diskstation.

the X10 was easily set up to internet without issue.

However, the X10 clients cannot see any neighbour devices, especialy those desktops, printers and diskstation.

I checked in this forum and FAQ that, there is a Security page for device isolation, however, I cannot see this page in my App and no option for device isolation for me at all.

any idea or recommendation for me?

This basic function should be found in every model. I hope I just overlooked.

Thank you anyone for your throughts first.

  @MervynL

Hi, Is Deco X10 the only wireless router in the Home Network? Do you have an ISP-provided router and the devices(desktop computers, printers and diskstation) are wiredly connected to the ISP router?

---If yes, I think you could try to set Deco X10 into Access Point mode:

How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode

Deco X10_v1_1.0.6 doesn't support device isolation yet so it should not be the problem.

Wait for your reply and best regards.
