Model: HB810
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.3.0 3.0.0 v6095.0 Build 240124 Rel.65899n

Just gotten a BE22000 router from Singtel recently. The router was fast and all devices were connected without flaws. However, there were a few issues after connection. The google nest hubs were unable to be group together and mirroring to the samsung TV wss not possible as well. Restored back to the old asus router and it has no problem. I suspect that google and samung products might not be compatible with the BE22000 router. Google Home paired with deivces without any problem but grouping remained an issue. Have tried disabling IPv6, disable band sterring, resetting the router, resetting every individual nest hub and nest mini. Does anyone has such similar problem? Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

Is your model HB810?

Would there be any error message when Google nest hubs can't be grouped together?

As for the Screen Mirroring, there are several casting methods. May I know which one you are using?

https://www.samsung.com/hk_en/support/tv-audio-video/what-is-screen-mirroring-and-how-do-i-use-it-with-my-samsung-tv/

---Are you able to find the TV as the casting device and would there be any error message when casting failed?

In the meantime, I would like to follow up on your case via email so that I could consult the engineer for more advice.

Please check whether you could receive my email later.

Best regards.

Hi,

Yes, the model is HB810.

Would there be any error message when Google nest hubs can't be grouped together?
The message on the screen is "No devices found on this network."

In Google Home under the devices tab, all the devices are listed there. Voice commands has no problem.

Under the settings tab, this is the place where the group creation is done. When I click on Devices, groups and home it indicates that there is no device found on this network.

As for the screen mirroring, I used airplay. The TV for screen mirroring is not listed on my iPhone.

I have the same problem. Singtel engineer came yesterday and setup the router and everything works except all my Google devices can't be connected. I reset all my Google devices, Mini, Nest, Cast.. and the setup using Google home was successful. When I go into the device on the app, it says no network found. I tweaked the Aginet the Wi-Fi management app from TP-Link, even removing the Wi-Fi password. I even took the Google devices and placed it next to the router... None of those steps help. Any idea what might be the issue?
