Model: Tapo C425  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.7

After last update there is voice notification to format SD card according to the guidelines.

I tried everything what's possible include to link recommendations. New SD card, formatted by pc, new.app installation.(everything). Before last update the camera works perfectly, it still works fine recording on SD card it. Just once a day getting voice notification. There is a chance to go back with firmware to the previous one.

Sorry i don't really get what's happening here. Do you mean the camera will sound a voice notification saying "format SD card" once a day? Do you have a video?

The camera C425 is equipped with voice comments. (male English accent) All settings are through the camera speaker voice notifications.

(camera ON, OFF) There is no option to switch off voice on the camera. After last update once a day voice notification saying " format SD card support by instruction guidelines" No matter what I do and what card I'm using it's not possible to remove that notification or switch off the voice on the camera.

Please check what's the model of your SD card? Does this sound appear regularly?
