Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

My ISP migrated me to a fiber optic connection from cable. Part of this was sending me an X50. The activation of the account was messed up on their end so I had to revert back to my previous cable connection for a couple of days. I set up the X50 to work on that connection. Now that my account is active I tried to do a factory reset on the X50 and configure it for the ONT connection. The problem that I'm having is that I think the ISP pre-configures the X50 units to connect to the network. The SSID and password that are on the bottom of the unit are not the ones I see after factory resetting. I'm pretty sure that I have to enter a PPPoE username and password as well but using the Deco app I'm unable to access this. Is there a way to plug into the Deco unit and manually configure this?

It is recommended that you refer to the following link to manually configure Deco:

If it still fails, please provide us with a screenshot of the error message.
