Hello. So I have a range extender type TL-WA850re, I've had it for 2 years. From the day of purchase the device was very good and ran safely without any problems. For the past few days, the RE has connected to main router from tplink aswell. when any devices connects to the range extender it does connected but there is no internet connection, from the tether app you can see a red sign in main network although connected to main router with great signal. We are possible to join the RE but without any internet inside. There was no problem with distances, signal strength very good, only having no internet connection.
I tried using my cellphone's personal hotspot and everything works normal, the logo/sign is normal and its possible deliver an internet connection with no problem.
(fyi i can't find firmwares upgrade on the extender inside the tether app). What is wrong?

May I know the model number of your Host Archer router?

I think you could try to update the firmware of TL-WA850RE first:
