NGL the stability of the X50-5G is serious problem when connecting to a VPN, the VPN connection could rarely keep up for more than 10 minutes.

Wonder if there's any configuration that could improve the experience?

Hi

 

It is recommended that you insert the same SIM card into your phone to share the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then connect other devices to the phone's hotspot Wi-Fi to connect to the VPN. Please verify whether the VPN in this case is stable.

 

In addition, please provide a screenshot of the Deco APP > Internet page and a screenshot of the APN settings page.
May I ask what VPN you have set up? Will there be any error message on the client when the VPN is disconnected?

Changed to another SIM card to ensure the problem was not caused by the network provider.

The situation worsened as the router became more and more unstable.

After hours of effort, I found that the problem was caused by frequent high CPU usage (100% CPU usage = frozen = my network screwed), whether the device was in use or idle.(see attached screenshot)

I have no idea it was caused by poor firmware design or poor hardware embedded.

 

RMA or wait for firmware upgrade by your side? idk, pure disappointment.

You may wanna say there's delay between every interval right?
