Hi, I have a client with a 3 station Deco E4 with the backhaul running on a Mikrotik hAP lite. The Decos lights are solid red but the internet still works, I have a firewall running on the Mikrotik could this be the issue? I have an input chain to block non-private DNS requests, and more I can post config if needed.

It looks like the Mikrotik hAP lite is a router. If your home topology is Mikrotik hAP lite > Deco, it is recommended that you set Deco to access point mode:
