Did yoy try to log into the Web UI on another device/client? And was it the same issue?

I installed the factory setting, there were no changes. I downloaded the firmware file from the support page, made a local update, the problem persists.
I bought the product recently, the warranty continues. I decided to send it to the service. I'm thinking of sending it as soon as possible.

Hi, thanks for your update. The issue is quite strange.
If you have tried different clients (phones or computers) and different web browsers, it is suggested to contact local support or retailer to get a replacement.
If it is the same issue after replacement, our senior support will take further analysis.
