Hi,

Apparenty Ubuntu doesn't have in-kernel drivers for the T2U Nano. So you have to install drivers manually.

What is the hardware ID of your T2U Nano?

In case it is 2357:011e, then you could try this driver here: https://github.com/morrownr/8821au-20210708
