Hi

 

I have a Virgin 1100MB download service however was struggling with WIFI coverage throughout my home so bought the Deco system

Coverage is great but I am getting buffering on my 3 TV's 2 (all wifi) are on a one time. I am also getting really bad video call (XZoom, Teams etc)

 

The buffering has actually got worse since I installed the Deco system

 

Any guidance would be welcomed

Are the Deco X10 wirelessly connected together in the Mesh system?

- If you are able to connect Deco X10s via Ethernet cables, Etheret Backhaul will always improve the overall network performance.

General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco

 

Moreover, Did you connect the main Deco to the Virgin hub?

- If yes, It is suggested to set Deco into Access Point mode:
