Can TL-WPA7510 (or any powerline+wifi device) work as a router?
Hi everyone,
I have an FTTP connection with the NTD in our garage. My main router is in the main room, and I'm using powerline to connect that NTD to the main router. That setup works well, with my main router as the Internet gateway, and its WAN interface got assigned a public IPv4 address from the ISP.
The networking is like follows: FTTP NTD --> TL-WPA7510 --> TL-PA7010 --> main router.
Wifi on the TL-WPA7510 is turned off, so it's working as a TL-PA7010, and when doing traceroute from my router, that TL-WPA7510 is invisible.
My main router could cover most corners of the house, with some dark spots in the garage, thus I'm thinking of having the TL-WPA7510 cover that. Is there a way to make the TL-WPA7510 my internet gateway?
Thank you.
