Did you try the beta firmware here? Manual Band Selection for 4G Wi-Fi Routers and LTE Gateways.
For MR200 V5, please download beta firmware and upgrade the firmware manually.

I've tried using the latest firmware using LAN cable, however it seems that im facing an error as below. Any idea on this?

It seems you uploaded the whole file without unzipping it.
Please unzip the package and use the .bin file in it to upgrade.
