Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hey team, since April 2024 I'm trying to get RMA for my Deco and I haven't gotten a revert from a single channel of communication from TP-Link.

I have a 2 unit Deco system, one of those units got bricked after a software update through the Deco App.

It has a constant yellow light. I tried multiple firmware recovery steps mentioned the forums but none of them work. No change in lights.

I had immediately asked for RMA. My device was under manufacturer warranty that time. Till date I haven't received any response from this. Even after multiple attempts at contacting support.

1. It's been over 3 months now that my device is not working and now it's out of warranty.
2. I am not getting a response from any of the support phone numbers mentioned on the website. It either says unavailable or out of service.
3. How do I solve this issue? If your team is not going to take action then I'll have to take a stricter approach.

My earlier communication was sent on Tue, 23 Apr 2024 at 6:25 PM to support.in@tp-link.com.

I am making this post here just to get attention to my query. I am now inclined to take stricter action if tp-link team is still not reverting to me. Please let me know immediately on this issue as I've waited long enough already for this. This is a manufacturer defect, that too under warranty duration. If I don't hear anything from your team within a week of making this post, I will be forced to take stricter action.

  @Sharmad

Hi, welcome to the community.

The community/en site serves numerous regions and I'm afraid there isn't any local warranty service provided.

I wish you could follow the warranty policy to claim for replacement first:

https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/replacement-warranty/

Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

Best regards.
