Model: TL-SX105
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: ??

I've had this switch for about a year and shortly after I began using it I noticed what used to be a fully functioning 10G network would reduce to 1GB. Upon reboot, it would return to the normal operation but it would inevitably drop back down to 1GB shortly thereafter. When I plug the cable directly from the router into my machine i get full 10G from the router. But when I reintroduce the switch, it will eventually drop back down to 1GB.

I'm not finding any firmware updates so am unaware of a way to update any of the software if at all possible.

Is this is a common issue? Are there any ideas for addressing this?

  @Jesse_Art

Hi, welcome to the community.

TL-SX105 is an unmanaged switch so it doesn't have any firmware upgrade.

Did the decline of the Ethernet speed occur to all the 5 Ethernet ports?

I believe it's time to reach out to our local support team to inquire about the warranty service.

Thank you very much and best regards.
