2.5gb port not connecting
I have the Deco Xe75 pro and a 1.5gbs internet connection. When i plug the Ethernet cable from the modem into the 1gb port, it works. When I plug it into the 2.5gb port it does not connect to the internet. The port works to output to another device. Looking for a reason why?

I seem to have solved the issue, it was an ethernet wire that was not compatible with 2.5gbs. Didn't know that could be an issue, but apparantly it is.

May I know your internet service provider? How about the model number of your fiber/cable modem?

--And if you check the IPv4 address under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection, is it 0.0.0.0?
