My deco x60 automatically resets/deletes all settings, wifi etc upon reboot. Wether i restart from app options or unplug power. 

When it boots up it starts blinking blue and wants to setup. When i open app on phone i get the pop up message:

 

Your tp link deco network has been removed 

 

It just started today after i restarted it... 

Any tips?

I set one of the other units as primary and that one does not reset. Keeps my settings and wifi.

 

And I set the "defect" unit as only mesh wifi function. Upon restart of the defect unit it still resets but as I now have it as only wifi point it re adds itself to the system after restart...... 

 

Probably will send it back to get a new unit.

Hi, is there any chance that you or other family remembers might accidentally remove the Deco network from the Deco APP? 

If not, I think you could enable the 2FA authentication, and then set up Deco again to see whether the same issue is repeated later.

  @David-TP No not happening by accident. 

After i re configure everything and all is working and ok, it works fine until i restart it. Then it wipes again. 

So it works fine... Until restart...
