Download arbitrary clip from remote camera
Hi. Ability to download section of video remotely. It has error message today that we must be on same local network. I understand this may incur cost for you if your server must be in the middle for this to work for all scenarios. Maybe offer this as a feature of our paid subscription. Those without subscription can record clips remotely from memory card as they do today. Those with subscription however can download arbitrary clip with having to record it locally again.

In the most polite way possible, this is beyond stupid. It is peak scumbag design.
The fact you can view it already without downloading means this is simply a paywall to coerce users to subscribe to cloud service.
Imagine needing to download multiple video clips to give to police or insurance while you're traveling and away from you home, and being told "you have to connect to the same network as your cameras" or to "record from your app" as an official workaround? What a major PAIN.
Abhorrent.
