Hello,

since a few days, I cannot connect to my router using Tether application.

The error message says that my device is not on the same subnet as my router.

I remotely connected to my router using a laptop and even if my phone is connected to it and has internet access, the router only see my laptop on the network and no other devices (it should see 2 mobiles).

How can I fix this behavior that seems quite recent.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm some information to understand your situation better?

1.When you tried to log into the router on Tether app, was your phone connected to the wireless network of the router? Can you share the screenshot of the error message?

2. How did you find out the result as you said"the router only see my laptop on the network and no other devices (it should see 2 mobiles)"? You may also share screenshot or video.

3. When did you purchase the router? Please make sure you are using the latest Tether app from Apple store or Google Play.
