So I unplugged my AV1300 gigabit passthrough Powerline ac Wi-Fi extender while I went on holiday and when I came to plug it back in. It didn't work.

 

All that happens is the pairing light flashed red once and none of the other lights come on, not ever the powerlight.

 

When I use the plug socket on it that works, but its like the actual device is not powering on.

 

Any ideas?

The following suggestions are for your reference:
1. You could change a wall socket.
2. It is recommended that you reset the powerline extender and observe whether the light changes: Use a pin to press and hold the Reset button for at least 5 seconds to reset the powerline extender to factory default settings. When Reset is triggered properly, all LEDs will turn off and start on again.

 

If neither method resolves the issue, it is recommended that you contact the retailer to check the warranty.

hi did you get it back up and working? Mines doing the same it's just the Powerline light isn't working on both devices
