Just an update to this post and i've finally made the time to update the firmware that was shared with me by TPLink Support team.
I used > HB810v1 0.6.0 3.0.0 v6095.0 Build 240807 Rel.32707n.bin
Below is the screenshot of my setup and everything seems to be working fine now once the firmware is updated.
1) My Sonos (Ikea Frame Speaker) with my Spotify can connect and play direct.
2) My Apple Remote app on phone is now able to control my Apple TV.
3) I havent tested but I suppose all my IOT and smart home should all be back online and connected.
