I have downloaded the app, but the "continue" button is grayed out so I can't accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This in on a iPhone iOS 17..1

The continue button lights up only AFTER the Terms of Use and Privacy Terms option is checked. There is a checkbox in front of the text.
