I have one of the new X3000 5G routers which is excellent but......I originally set it up with an Orange data SIM which was just plug and play. I have changed networks to ID mobile and the ID mobile sim does not connect to 5G. Any ideas?

(The ID sim is not pin locked)

Do I have to set up a new wifi network for the new SIM?

Any helpful thoughts on how to get the new sim working would be appreciated.

Hi

If you have changed your SIM card, it is recommended that you use a pin to press the Deco's reset hole for one second to reset it and then set it up.
You could refer to the following link to configure Deco:
