Hi, I'm unable to find a new firmware for model HC221-G1 (din't find in the pop up above as well). How can I get it? Thanks

HC221-G1 is a customized product specially for internet service providers. If you have received this product from your internet service provider, it is advisable to reach out to them directly to inquire about the firmware.
