Hey,

I have this issue with wired clients.

When I downloaded or upload files I lost conection with Internet. I can ping to the routers, but not to 8.8.8.8

Wifi clients keep working fine.

The only way to fix this issue is restarting the Router.

I tried all eth ports.

It is recommended that you try the following troubleshooting:
1. If the band was changing to a different one when the internet interrupts, select a 4G LTE band(s) manually on Advanced > Network > Internet page and change the Band from "Auto" to "Manual".
2. You may try to change the Network Type on Advanced > Network > Internet page from 4G Preferred to 4G Only.

3. Change another Ethernet cable.

If the above troubleshooting cannot help you, please kindly provide the following information:
1. Was there any abnormality in the lighting when the problem occurred?
2.When the issue happens again, please login the web interface, share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page.
3. Is the router in wireless router mode or 4G router mode?
