I am having trouble connecting a Netgear Extender to the router.
It is looking like an wireless authentication issu between the 2. I can get the extender to work with a old billion router with out any problem.
I would like to what can I set on the wireless side

Hi.
Maybe you can adjust the wireless channel on TD-W8960N to avoid wireless interference. And please check if you have enabled wireless MAC filtering on the modem. If yes, you also need to add the wireless MAC address of the Netgear Extender to the modem.
