Firmware Version: 1.0.16 Build 20230828 rel.44667(5553)

I'm experiencing some major bugs on TP-Link Archer C6 V3.2 router.

1. When Airtime Fairness is enabled low throughout and high latency is experienced on 2.4Ghz on all devices even on latest fast devices.

2. If Smart Connect is turned on 2.4Ghz channel width stucks on 20Mhz even if there is no interference or congestion and more device is connected. As a result we get low speed.

I want to make a complaint about it

Hi, thanks for posting feedback here.

Airtime fairness is not an necessary option to enable, so you may not enable it to observe the performance.

If Smart Connect is enabled, the router may adjust channel and channel width on 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi band according to the environment. If you want to fix channel and channel width, it is suggested to disable Smart Connect, then you edit channel and channel width for both wifi bands manually. And you can still set up same wifi names for both wifi bands.
