Thank you very much for the information. For now, I’ll stick with the BETA app installed on iOS and wait for the stable and official firmware to be released for the Deco X60 system.

Hello David! I’m not sure if it is experiencing the issue or not. At home, I have two XE75 Pro v1 and three X60s.

Despite the latest firmware update, all the X60s started disconnecting today, leaving only the two XE75 Pro online.

After the latest firmware update, they worked well for a week or two, but now the X60s have disconnected again, and some of my IoT devices are reconnecting to the main network, ignoring their network.

What should I do?

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

The beta version for Deco X60_V3.0 here should also work for Deco X60_V3.2.

  @David-TP

I've upgraded my Deco P9 fleet to the provided firmware p9-SP1-up-ver1-2-1-P1[20240925-rel74665]_2024-09-26_09.21.29

I've manually loaded firmware to each of Deco P9 using web browser.

Unfortunately results are almost the same. All of the slave P9  devices are offline.

The only significant change is that now I can see wifi clients on the main deco in the app.

  @David-TP Can I also kindly ask you to provide my feedback from the following topic ?

More than six Deco P9 devices in one mesh network

@Nytram

Thank you very much for the update. I just updated a new beta for Deco P9_v2_20240929 and could you please test whether the new beta version helps with the current issue?

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @Etnomleb

Hi, I haven't received similar feedback on the Deco XE75 Pro yet.

Did you experience the current issue on your Deco XE75 Pro?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

What about XE75 Pro v1? Does it have the same problem? I just see the firmware update for v2 and v3.

I'm 100% sure my actual network is suffering. I took one P9 off to try and reconnect but that won't even join again now.

I've managed to reconnect P9 slave device to the network with beta firmware installed using the following procedure:

1. Reset slave device.

2. Create new network in Deco app using this slave device as master.

3. Login in to the master device of the newly created network using browser and its IP address.

4. Downgrade the master device to the latest non beta firmware through the browser.

5. Reset it.

6. Now you can add the device to the network with master on beta firmware. Newly added device will be even shown online in the App.
