Official Release TL-WA3001 Supports EasyMesh, Speed Limit, Guest Network in AP Mode

New Features and Enhancements:
1. Added the support of Easymesh (Controller Mode) in AP mode.
2. Added Speed Limit in AP mode.
3. Added Guest Network in AP mode.
4. Added Wireless Schedule in AP mode and Multi-SSID mode.
5. Optimized the Network Map page display topology in AP mode and Multi-SSID mode.
6. Added the support of Tether APP in RE mode and Multi-SSID mode.
Notes
This version of firmware cannot be degraded to the previous version.
Firmware Download
You should be able to detect this new official version on the Tether App/Web management page of the WA3001. Or, you can download it from the local official website and upgrade the firmware manually.

@Kevin_Z Any updates on a firmware update that will let the TL-WA3001 run EasyMesh in client mode? That would make it's support of EasyMesh far more useful, so it can be used with other TL-WA3001 or an ingress router like the AX55, with ethernet backhaul, which are better options than the range extenders that support EasyMesh.

@PinballGeek Do you mean connecting two WA3001s via an Ethernet connection to build an EasyMesh network?
No, we don't receive advanced notice that this will be supported. You may keep an eye on the new firmware updates.

@Kevin_Z +1. Support for EasyMesh in satellite mode is mandatory to make this device a complete solution. The device being an access point only, but only working as an EasyMesh controller doesn't make a lot of sense.

We haven't got any advanced news on when or whether it will support working as an agent/client and supporting mesh in Backhaul mode.

Where did you see this release note? Which website?

I assume it is the same meaning as the EG version notes.
