Internet problem
Hello , i have a problem that i'm connected to the router and having a very good wifi signal but no internet. The internet suddenly goes off while im using my phone ( iPhone 13 ) and the only way to get the internet back is only by opening " deco app " which is really weird!!

Hi, May I know the model number of your Deco?
Would the Deco turn red when the internet connection dropped out?
Do you have any devices that are connected to Deco via Ethernet cables? Were they having the similar issue?

- If you do not open the Deco APP, would disconnecting/reconnecting to the WiFi restore the internet service?

@David-TP Hello , i have 3 deco routers ax1500 one in the living room downstairs and it is connected to UNO by cable and 2 deco units upstairs connected to the main one downstairs. This problem happens only upstairs green light full wifi but no internet. If I don't open deco app i will not restore the internet unless i turn off the routers upstairs. Not only my phone tho my whole family when they come upstairs have the same problem. I really need some help here
