Backgroud Information
TX401 is a 10 Gigabit PCI Express Network Adapter. Occasionally, users noticed when startup or restart or wakeup from sleep, the PC couldn't get the full download speed. The upload speed, however, remains consistently high. Disabling/enabling it each time is able to get the full download speed. For example, the overall internet bandwidth is 3.2Gbps, and there is only 1.7Gb via speedtest after PC startup.
