Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 240103 Rel.150809

Hi, we recently got the RV20 Mop Plus. We have used the robot vacuum cleaner about 5 times now. It now suddenly gives Error 3. A problem with the side brush. I also see that 1 is not working. I have had both side brushes off and put them back in. Both renewed. But nothing seems to work. What should we do now? We only just got it.

Please check carefully the side brush and its installation location to see if there is any foreign object stuck. Restart the robot vacuum with the power switch on the side of the machine.

 

If still no help, contact the local TP-Link support to check if the maintenance service is available, or proceed with warranty instead.
