TAPO app - Chromebook
Please make it possible to use the android Tapo app on Chromebook. I was able to run the Tapo beta on my Chromebook about one year ago (I guess) but later when the app was updated it stopt working. Most android apps work on Chromebook so why not enable the Tapo app?

Tapo App is available on Android and iOS mobile devices only, PC version is not supported so far.

What i meant was that sinse Cromebook can run a lot of android apps why not enable the Tapo app so it also can be used. The Tapo beta app worked fine on my Chromebook but is no longer availabel for my device so there seems to be no real technical problem?

Although Chromebooks promote the use of a full Android framework that allows mobile and tablet apps to run on them, various compatibility issues still exist in practice.
Since the Tapo App does not have a PC version, we are unable to explain any related anomalies or provide support services in regard of this situation.
To use the Tapo app on PC, consider utilizing some Android emulator apps. E.g. Stream Tapo Camera on PC through Andriod Emulator : LDPlay4 vs Bluestacks

Yall really need to get on fixing the Chromebook thing.... it's really crazy that you can't open the cameras on a Chromebook when it runs an android operating system. We won't even get into how insane it is that you can't view them on a computer, because that is really crazy. Like seriously what are you guys doing?
You are limiting your market by denying access in these ways. That's not a good business decision...
I have spent 4 HOURS trying to figure out why I can't even open my c320sw cameras in the Google home app.. this should NOT be this complicated. The CSR and manager couldn't even figure it out. This is truly insane. Please get this fixed.

I did search the forum but only came across this post after my own post.
I fully agree with the other posters: I can run the SmartLife app (I actively use that one for other smart devices) and I can install the Ring Security app and the Eufy app on my Chromebook Android, but (so far) not the the Tapo app.
Please make it available and if necessary, tag it is as Beta for Chromebook Android. At this moment your competitors are doing a better job.
