Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
The official 1.6.1 for Deco X50/X55 was just released. It is also suggested to install the 1.6.1 version to see whether it helped with the current issue.
I noticed you also submitted the Deco APP log. Thank you very much! The logs will be forwarded to the senior engineer for further analysis.
Thanks again and best regards.
Just installed the 1.6.1 and seems to be resolved. I will let you know if I run into the problem again. With 1.6.0 it started after a day.
It happened again after a day, a reboot of all Deco's seems to resolve this.

Hi, It will be uploaded to the US site later. You can also wait for the 1.6.1 update notification through Deco APP if you don't want to manually update the firmware.
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi @David-TP I received the update in the Deco app and installed it (couldn't find it on the US TP-Link site).
I have 7 X55 Decos installed in Access Point Mode: I have 6 X55 V1s and 1X55 V1.26. The main Deco is the V1.26 which is still in 1.2.0 Build 20231229 Rel. 43148 firmware. I have a few questions:
1. Is there a plan to release version 1.6.1 to the V1.26? What is the latest firmware for the V1.26?
2. Is it recommended to have the V1.26 as the main Deco or should I put one of the V1s that has the 1.6.1 firmware as the main Deco?
Thanks,

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
The new features are planned to be added to Deco X55_V1.20/1.26 as well.
The latest official firmware for Deco X55_V1.26 is 1.2.0. I think you could consider using Deco X55_V1.6 as the main Deco.
Best regards.

Thanks @David-TP I just have V1 and V1.26. Should I keep the V1.26 as main Deco or should I switch to one of the V1 given they have a newest firmware?

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply.
Maybe I didn't explain it clearly.
V1.20 is V1.26(the same applies V1.0 and V1.6).
-x.6/x.8 is mainly used to mark the place of production.
Deco X55_V1.6 would be better as the main Deco.
1.6.1_build_20241010 is the latest firmware for Deco X55_V1.6.
1.2.0_Build_20231229 is the latest firmware for Deco X55_V1.26
Best regards
