tp link tapo c425 not working battery charged but camera switches off when unplugged
Hi have many tapo c425 which I love and mostly work well,
but 1 of mine shows it's fully charged when plugged in and works fine, but as soon as I unplug it the camera turns off and wont turn on again unless plugged in.
as the main use for this camera is the battery and wifi this is very annoying.
I've tried resetting it and firmware update all the usual things but still not working
can some one help me
