archer c6 v4 loopback issues
Since I updated firmware to Archer C6(EU)_V4_1.13.6 Build 240430 version , the loopback doesnt work well. I can not access to my home server using the ddns address. Sometimes it works during some seconds but then it goes down again.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Please factory reset the router and reconfigure it to confirm whether it helps.
2. Please downgrade to the previous firmware manually to confirm, according to the firmware release on the official website.
3. It is also suggested to try our pre-release firmware for Archer C6 V4 in this thread to confirm and experience more features. But this version of firmware cannot be degraded to the previous version.
BTW, what kind of device is your home server?

thanks for the answer.
1- with firmware C6(EU)_V4_1.13.6 installed , I've done a factory reset . the result has been the same : loopback doesn't work.
2- you suggest downgrading firmware but I don't know what was the original firmware installed before the upgrade. Additionally in the tp link firmware site I just find 2 previous versions : 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 of august and september 2023 but I bought the router in february 2023, so I can't downgrade to my original version.
I've tested with those 2 previous versions , but the problem appears anyway.
3. regarding the beta version I cant not take the risk of do not be able to downgrade.
Would it be possible to find a version previous to february 2023?
Any other suggestion?

Hi,
Here are the links to firmware versions 1.12.10 and 1.12.1, respectively.
https://static.tp-link.com/upload/firmware/2023/202304/20230403/Archer%20C6%28EU%29_V4.0_230208.zip

However, I am not sure if you will be able to downgrade easily from a version 1.13 to a version 1.12, as downgrade between major versions is often not supported.
