Hello, I want to buy tp link mr200 ac750 ver5 modem for my camera that only connects to the 2.4ghz wifi band not 5ghz, but this modem has two bands 2.4 and 5, can I determine that the camera will only connect to the 2.4 band? because I'll buy this modem for that camera and the camera doesn't connect to 5ghz band.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

From the specifications of Archer MR200 on the official website, you may see the router supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless band.

So you may set different wifi names for both band then connect your camera to 2.4GHz wifi band.

@ASM1 Hope you got it sorted . I purchased this for my Netatmo Security Floodlight , Blink Camera system and Kasa plus Nest heating and they all work fine .
Initially the wifi kept disconnecting after a quiet few weeks but I just researched how to change the settings or got lucky when Tesco who use other bandwidth updated the settings and not had much problem since.

There is an option to switch the 5g off .

just thought I'd mention it since the MR200 is a great piece of kit .
