Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.11

I previously had this working, but ever since I upgraded my home wifi to the XE75 PRO Mesh Network I am unable to access any of the content on my PLEX Media Server from outside my home network.  I'm running my PLEX on a QNAP TS-451, however previously I was able to make this work when I was on my old netgear mesh network.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance!

  @LukeBrowalker

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. please check whether the IPV4 address on the Deco XE75 Pro is the same as the IP address listed here-https://whatismyipaddress.com/.

2. please confirm the Plex media server is still accessible within the local network.

By the way, is the QANP connected to Deco via an Ethernet cable or by Wi-Fi?

-If it is via an Ethernet cable, is it from the main Deco?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP thank you for responding!  How do I check my IPV4 address on the Deco XE75 Pro?  Currently my Plex works over my home network and the only issue I'm having now is reaching it from outside my home network.

  @LukeBrowalker

Hi, you can find the current IPV4 address under Deco APP>More> Internet Connection>IPV4.

- If it is a private IP address or not the same as what is displayed on https://whatismyipaddress.com/, it is very likely you are having a Double NAT issue and there is one more firewall out of Deco XE75 Pro.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP yeah it looks like I have a double NAT issue as they don't match.  I tried that link for the double NAT, but not sure there is anything there to help me fix that.  Is there any advice on how to fix this?

Thanks,

Chad

  @LukeBrowalker I have a Calix Gigapoint GP1101X optical network terminal for my broadband modem connected to my XE75PRO.  Any ideas on what I can do with this setup to handle the double NAT issue?
