Hi guys,

I keep having problems setting up my deco device, the app says there is no ethernet cable connected and no wifi available. However, i have checked the port and there is wifi coming out of the ethernet port. My Xbox works withe a direct ethernet cable from port console. Really struggling as i had the same problem when setting up the S4 and now with he S7 (thinking the device was broken). I have tried resetting and all other waysof set up etc and doesn't work. Stuck and don't know what to do any advice would be greatly appreciated????
